These terms govern your use of SooqSolar. By using the website or app, you agree to them. Please read them.

1. 01What SooqSolar is

   SooqSolar is a marketplace that connects customers with independent solar companies. We are not the installer. Contracts for equipment and installation are between you and the company you choose.

2. 02Your account

   Keep your login details safe and give accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be old enough to enter a contract under Iraqi law.

3. 03Quotes and pricing

   Quotes are provided by companies, not by SooqSolar. Prices, specifications, and timelines are theirs. We work to keep listings accurate but cannot guarantee every detail. Confirm the final scope with the company before you pay.

4. 04Acceptable use

   Do not misuse the platform: no fraud, spam, scraping, or posting unlawful or misleading content. Companies must honour the quotes and warranties they publish.

5. 05Reviews and content

   Reviews must reflect genuine experience. You keep ownership of what you post but grant us a licence to display it on the platform. We may remove content that breaks these terms.

6. 06Liability

   SooqSolar connects you with companies. We are not liable for the workmanship, equipment, or conduct of companies, but we will act on verified complaints and remove bad actors.

7. 07Suspension

   We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or harm other users.

8. 08Changes and contact
